4. Permitted Use

Use logos in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or damaging to the brand
Claim ownership of or copyright to any logos
Resell, redistribute, or relicense logos as standalone products
Use logos for any unlawful purpose
Register logos or similar marks as domain names or trademarks

6. No Warranty

Logo Grabber provides logos "as-is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain current and accurate brand assets, we do not guarantee logos are the current official version, comply with all brand guidelines, or are suitable for your specific use case. Verify logos directly with official brand sources for critical applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Logo Grabber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or logos accessed through it, including trademark or copyright infringement claims, loss of business, or any third-party claims related to your use of logos.

8. Termination

Logo Grabber reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.
